Regroup is an intensive program which gives youth the opportunity to reevaluate and respond to culture biases, resilience, and trauma that may have impacted their behavior or emotions.
Restorative Justice: Indiviual discuss how amend can be made when issues have occurred to individual or property.
Peer Mediation: A peer sits and discuss situations and how to come up with solutions with group leader.
Mentoring: A relationship develops through peer accountability and staff leader.
Anti-bullying: Forms of discussion, workshops, and art.
Relationship: With each other, home, and community
Respect: For themselves, school, and community
Repair: Relationships, sellf-esteem, and damage to community
Reposition: Themselves to start over
Responsibility: For themselves and their responses
