Youth & Young Adults Living a Healthy Life!

Healthy Minds, Healthy Bodies, Healthy Community, and Healthy Systems- all four are important to health

and each one affects the other. Only by addressing all four of these areas can we make adifference in the health

and well being of our youth and young adults.

Our health and wellness workshops accommodate group sizes are 6-15 participants. Let us help your youth or young adults groups experience healthy eating by teaching them how to prepare nutritious snacks and meals, as well as incorporating fitness into their daily routines."
